Amaro Velho

Amaro has over a decade of expertise in Real Estate starting in 2002 when he joined a leading national Real Estate group. In 2003 he was offered a position with the reputable Mirvac Fini group and quickly made his presence felt. Amaro was involved in all major Mirvac Fini apartment projects, selling both off plan and completed product, which included their luxury apartment developments in Mt. Pleasant, Leighton, Hollywood and Swanborne. His underlying success was at The Peninsula, Burswood, Mirvac’s flagship development in WA. Amaro has sold over 100 apartments at the project and has maintained a very strong presence in the area as well as selling many other properties in W.A, Interstate and Overseas. In 2008 Amaro graduated with a Post Graduate Certificate in Migration Law which enabled him to assist the ever growing migrant population in WA with their quest to own Australian property. Amaro also lectures part time at Curtin University of Technology in Sales and Marketing. Brian Lynn

Brian is an experienced Property Consultant at Harcourts Central, who specialises in selling both residential properties and project sales. Brian’s extensive knowledge of the suburb of East Perth, the CBD and its surrounds, has firmly established himself as a senior sales consultant to advise and guide clients on real estate matters in these areas. Brian is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service to achieve positive outcomes for his clients. He is an excellent communicator and has an expanding database of loyal clients who highly recommend his service.
