Leah Chynoweth-Tidy
PM Co-ordinatorLeah Chynoweth-Tidy has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 4½ years and has lived in the Gladstone region for most of her life. Leah has also travelled widely overseas and lived and worked in Britain for 4 years. She returned to the Gladstone Region in November 2006 with her English hubby and they relocated to the beautiful Baffle District in 2009 to pursue a long-held dream of building a semi-sustainable lifestyle from scratch on acreage in the Australian bush, having fallen in love with the Baffle whilst holidaying regularly there over many happy weekends. Along with her extensive Administration experience and skills spanning several decades, Leah is licensed and holds a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) as well as a Certificate IV in Property Services. Her personal and professional commitment to quality, excellence, efficiency, comprehensive and open communication, honesty and ethics are second to none. In her spare time, Leah loves travelling (usually by motorcycle), the great outdoors, any aquatic activity, keeping fit, cooking and eating good food, painting, writing, playing guitar and singing (having participated in amateur theatre and a guest karaoke spot out front of the SBS TV Show RocKwiz’s band during their 2010 National Tour). She is a keen supporter of local community, having been involved in community service, local events and the nurturing and guiding of our young citizens of the future through playing for local sports teams; being a Rover Scout for 8 years and a Venturer Scout Leader for 6 years. Leah also worked for 7 years in Gladstone regional commercial radio in a variety of roles, including being on-air; an environment which involved her with many local businesses and community events. Property ManagerSianne is a licensed real estate and salesperson and has experience in real estate, hospitality and the retail industry starting in 2003. Sianne has successfully performed a multitude of roles within our office, from personal assistant to our sales team and principal, advertising co-ordinator and office administrator. Her current position is the role of property manager for our growing property management division which commenced in 2008. An integral team member dedicated to ensuring quality service to our clients and team through relief administration and marketing support. Sianne’s biggest asset is her dedication to getting the job done. She takes pride in embracing challenges within the competitive real estate market. A former office administrator at Mechanical Engineers Australia, Jasmine’s core competencies include her organisation, multi tasking and people skills which she perfectly balances to meet client expectations. She joined Harcourts in April 2009 with a view to streamline everyday business operations and to provide a superior level of service to our clients. Jasmine has a solid business background and is originally trained through a government agency. She holds a Certificate III in Business Administration, Certificate II in Information Technology and also has a REIQ salesperson licence.
