Louie Hanias

Louie is the resident Property Manager here at our high energy office and has a Visual Arts New Media degree under his belt where he learned to make short animations and build websites at the University Of South Australia. Louie first joined the work force as a draftsperson at a multidisciplinary engineering firm where he worked for over two years, during which time he realised that his client liaison skills were where he felt most passionate and would eventually suit him in a more challenging role within our team. Turning his attention to Property Management, where he completed a course at the Real Estate Training College, he realised this is where he wanted to pursuit a career. He came to the Brock Harcourts Salisbury office with the energy and enthusiasm to achieve great success in building a good relationship with both landlords and tenants and to build and create an outstanding rent roll. Louie enjoys playing, talking and watching soccer. He loves the country drives to Wallaroo where he spends most his time fishing or relaxing on the beach.

I have been in the Real Estate industry on and off for 27 years. I was lucky enough to meet my husband, Andrew when we worked at our previous office. We briefly bought into that business but when the opportunity came along to become involved with Brock Harcourts we jumped at the chance. Andrew had known Michael Brock for many years and knowing his work values and ethics was excited to be on board this new venture. We have an amazing sales team and office staff and build our property management portfolio up slowly, one property at a time. I feel very fortunate to work with the professional, positive and loyal employees that we now have. Our goal is to continue to grow and develop our company into the future with a dedication to our clients that keeps them coming back repeatedly.

Niki Koulla-Shizas

Niki Koulla has a wealth of experience in real estate. Having started as an administrator and obtaining her sales licence and manager's licence in quick succession, Niki settled into her role as a property manager over 20 years ago. Niki keeps her clients for life and they all become raving fans! Property Management is a competitive industry but Niki's point of difference is her attention to detail and looking after her clients' properties as if they were her own. Her patience and organisational skills are outstanding, and this is reflected in how Niki balances her hectic family life and work commitments. Niki loves working in Property Management and cannot see herself doing anything else, this is why 5 years ago she joined the Property Management Committee for the Real Estate Institute of South Australia where she feels she can contribute some valuable time and experience to the industry that has given her so much over the years. Happily married to her teenage sweetheart Peter, who she says is not only her partner in life but is also her best friend. A proud mother of 3 children - 2 delightful boys and adorable daughter. Niki enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with the family.

Maria Rositano

Maria is the first person to greet you when you visit our office and will offer you her smile and friendly assistance to ensure you receive the dedicated customer service you would expect from our team. Maria is a veteran in the Administration roles she has covered within our busy office. Since completing her Certificate 3 in Business Administration she obtained work in the accounting industry starting out as a data processor part time. Her skills gained her extra hours in the peak season, which in turn got her a promotion as office manager for the state office within 2 years. After 6 years in the accounting industry she wanted a change and chose to find a position closer to home and therefore has been with our Salisbury office for over 4 years now. Her skills as a communicator and administrator have been most welcomed within the office and her high level of service will continue on in this department.
