Deanna Hamlin

Deanna Hamlin is our behind the scenes organizer at Harcourts Manjimup & Districts and a valuable assistant to the Property Management Department. She is registered as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative and is knowledgeable in all facets of managing your property. She is continually progressing her studies and some of her recent achievements include Certificate IV in Financial Services and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. In 2007, Deanna was recognised as the statewide winner in the category of Harcourts Administrator of the Year. Locally born and bred, she has a close affinity with the community and her local knowledge is a decided asset. She is currently celebrating her tenth year with the team.

Grazia Pilat

Grazia Pilat was employed in 1976 with Kordics Land & Estate Agencies, by the founder of the business - the late Vic Kordic, as a receptionist. She became a licensed Property Manager in 1992 and specialises in Residential and Commercial tenancies. The experience she has gained during this time has provided her with the knowledge and expertise to manage your property efficently. Grazia has recently become a Director of the firm and her greatest achievement is having worked in the family business for 35 years.

John Crook

John, together with his wife Danica, has been involved in real estate in Manjimup since the early 1970's as Licensees of Kordics Land & Estate Agencies. They are now both are Directors of Harcourts Manjimup & Districts. Their experience and knowledge of the area has assisted many Buyers and Sellers to achieve their ideals. They enjoy living in the tall Karri country and have raised three children in this magnificent environment. Over the years, they have been involved with service clubs (Lions and Rotary), local government, RSL and several sporting clubs.

Richard Gledhill

Richard has recently become a Director/Licensee of the business after being involved in the Real Estate Industry since early 1995. This was following a career with Wesfarmers Livestock where he was a stock agent for almost 10 years, this explains why he likes to specialise in rural sales, but also concentrates his time in all other facets of the real estate market. Richard is married to Caroline and together they have three beautiful children Bronson, Kate and Julia and has been actively involved in the Manjimup community since moving here in 1986. Richard feels priviledged that he has been given the opportunity to carry on the family business, which was established in 1967.
