Alison first started working in the Real Estate Industry as a Property Manager for Roy Weston Bullcreek in the end of the 1980’s. During that time she helped hundreds of Perth people manage their Property Investments. Through Alison’s dedicated service to others, she won a job offer to work in this capacity in Broome, Western Australia until returning to Perth to start a family in the new millennium. As a Sale’s Consultant Alison has a high regard for customer satisfaction and an honest and enthusiastic approach to the Real Estate Market and the selling your home.

Joel Leatt-Hayter

Joel Leatt-hayter started his working career as a Diesel Mechanic however with a passion for personal growth he began his travels around Australia then set his sights on Europe and the United Kingdom. Upon returning finding the need to settle Joel entered into the Real Estate Industry. Starting in a small agency he decided to set his goals higher and after revising his options he was referred to Ric Gloede and this is where his career with Harcourts Gosnells began. He has come along in leaps and bounds and has a great future in the industry. Joel is a young ambitious man driven by his passion for personal growth and success; he hopes to apply these attributes to his career. Ric Gloede

Ric Gloede is the Principal of Harcourts Gosnells and is successfully building a new office to consistently be amongst the top offices in the Harcourts Group and in the Gosnells area. Ric started his Real Estate career 35 years ago, working as a Sales Consultant/Principal and 9 years as the State Franchise Manager of Harcourts Head Office. Ric’s motivation is trust, loyalty and high expectations in the level of service and standards that he and his consultants provide. Ric’s drive and determination has allowed the Harcourts Gosnells office to be fully operational within just two weeks of opening it’s doors. His past experience in the industry and his honest rapport has seen him gain valuable and reliable contacts for the operation of all his business dealings.
