During her 27 years overseas in the Foreign Service as the spouse of a diplomat, June’s primary role was to assist in meeting , greeting and entertaining an amazing cross section of very interesting people including Prime Ministers, Ministers and CEO’s of major Australian companies. Following the retirement of her husband Terry from the Australian Foreign service in 1997 this background of social interaction proved to be a huge benefit in June’s transition into the local realestate industry. Having spent six years as a Sales Consultant, in June 2003, the opportunity arose for her to become the owner and Principal of Harcourts on Main in Wellington Point a daunting prospect but one June took on with immense enthusiasm. Over the years since June 2003, the market has changed dramatically but Junes’ passion for the industry and its challenges has never altered. It was her desire to create a small ‘boutique office’ where she and her dedicated staff had a common goal to create ‘client’s for life’. A large percentage of their business is repeat business or referrals from previous clients who have appreciated the dedicated service the ‘team’ provides. In addition to the sales side of the business Harcourts on Main is proud of their Rental Division that has been built up over the past 7 years. The successful interaction of both landlords and tenants together with the Property Manager is a major priority for June. June and her husband Terry are permanent residents in the area, and are enthusiastic about their total commitment to the Harcourts Team. They are proud parents and grandparents of Adrian and Melinda and their children. Both families reside overseas and are missed greatly by ‘Gran and Pop’. The Harcourts on Main office is well positioned in the ‘Village’ and is seen as a leader in style and presentation in Wellington Point. Rikki is the head of our Property Management Department and has an extensive background in Sales and Customer Service. Her friendly and professional personality along with her up to date knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and the day to day running of our rental portfolio makes her an important assett to our company. Rikki is focused and dedicated to ensuring both Owners and Tenants are satisfied with the services we provide and she is committed to geting the "job done right" Rikki's great comminication skills provide our clients with the confidence in knowing their property is being looked after.
