Evan Broadbent
Business OwnerEvan started his Real Estate career back in 1998 at Brian Soutar Real Estate Pty Ltd in Drouin and now enters his 14th year in the industry. During this tenure he has managed to sell approximately 850 properties, which on average is a property sold every 6 days. He worked a Sales Manager during the transition to Harcourts Drouin in March 2010, and he now relishes the opportunity to become a business owner at Harcourts Warragul. Since joining Harcourts Evan has been recognised with 17 individual awards of achievement in his field, including a 3 month period in which he sold the most properties out of the whole Harcourts Victoria network, which is now approximately 50 offices. He was one of two Agents to recently appear in Harcourts National Insider magazine in the Superstars editorial. Evan is a fully licenced Estate Agent and Auctioneer, who boasts a great deal of experience in all facets of Real Estate and is well equipped to advise his clients whether buying or selling.
