Bridget Gabites
Principal/Licensed Real Estate AgentAs the sole owner and principal of Harcourts Urban, Bridget is committed to ensuring all clients experience the same high level of expertise and service, every day in every transaction. Having won several awards for excellence in real estate sales, Bridget also brings a wealth of experience from a previous career in international sales and marketing. It is Bridget’s goal to ensure that every client benefits from this depth of knowledge, by providing superior guidance and advice to the Harcourts Urban team. Bridget is a local resident who is proud of the diverse range of benefits the area has to offer. She is an active member on the Board of the Kelvin Grove Business Association and takes a hands-on role as part of the Kelvin Grove Community Garden Group Committee. Bridget is also on the lookout for further opportunities to get involved and support the local community through the Harcourts Foundation initiative. As a early entrant into the real estate market herself, Bridget is aware of the unique personal pressures and challenges of property ownership. Client Services ManagerAn integral member of the Harcourts Urban team, Lisa Bell is a true customer service professional. Joining Harcourts Urban as our Client Services Manager, Lisa’s role is to make sure that all of our clients receive the highest level of customer service. Lisa’s role includes working with our sellers to create exciting marketing campaigns for their properties, keeping them informed of the progress of their campaign and the results we are achieving for them. Lisa also has the important role of working with every buyer that we have contact with to assist them in finding their perfect home. Lisa started her Real Estate career over 4 years ago as a Property Consultant specialising in Units and Townhouses. During her sales career Lisa sold over 100 properties, she repeatedly outperformed her competitors by achieving higher prices and fewer days on the market for her client’s properties. Lisa’s focus on providing outstanding service, and her attention to detail in her marketing campaigns made her one of the most successful agents in her area. This superior background means that Lisa thoroughly understands the sales process and most importantly the needs of our clients.
