Kayley recently moved to Wauchope from Brisbane and brings with her experience in the administration and insurance sector for the past 4 years. Kayley has been interested in the Real Estate Industry for quite some time and was thrilled to have been given the opportunity with Harcourts. Kylie commenced working in the Real Estate Industry over 16 years ago and has been in the Hastings area since 2004. She is a Licensed Real Estate agent and Justice of the Peace. Kylie is straightforward and genuine in dealing with both property owners & tenants and her knowledge, empathy, diplomacy, problem solving & communication skills, along with the desire to help people have all been keys to her long term success in the industry. Kylie aims to maximise the long term value of an investment property for an owner by securing the best possible tenant, monitoring repairs & maintenance to protect the asset and obtaining maximum value rent figures on an ongoing basis. Rosanna Model

Rosanna is an integral member of our property management team. She has built up a great rapport with landlords and tenants throughout the Port Macquarie, Lake Cathie, Bonny Hills, Wauchope and surrounding areas. Rosanna has been a part of the Harcourt’s Greater Port Macquarie team since December 2010 and her main ambition is to build a successful rental portfolio, while at the same time maintaining the highest respect and care for her landlords and tenants.

Shauna Gresham

After completing Certificate III in Business Administration, Shauna began her career as a marketing assistant with L.J Hooker Head Office and eventually moved on to be a Consultant with Men At Work Recruitment Services in Port Macquarie. Shauna has now made the move back to real estate and is happy to be part of the Harcourts Property Management Team. Shauna enjoys working with people and is keen for the challenges that the role has to offer and is looking forward to working within the Wauchope community. Shauna and her husband Shane, 2 children Breeana and Blake have made Wauchope their home town since moving from the Central Coast 8 years ago.

Wendy Skewes

Wendy was born and raised in Tamworth and made the move to the coast with her husband Josh in 2007 . Wendy has 4 years expereince as a Business Manager for an insurance company and owned her own Mobile Dog grooming business. Wendy wanted to take the step into Real Estate for a long time and was offered the position with Harcourts. Wendy looks forward to interacting with the landlords, finding people a home, and solving any problems that may arise.

Natasha Costigan

Natasha began working in Real Estate in 2006. Starting in reception meeting and greeting clients and gaining valuable knowledge of all things real estate. Moving into Sales administration twelve months later she has proven to be an important team member and aims to implement new ways to improve our service to our clients. Natasha is passionate about real estate, and is enthusiastic for what the future holds in growth of the Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Lake Cathie, Bonny Hills and surrounding areas. Natasha is pleased to be part of a team that covers all aspects of the real estate industry offering services to everyone from, tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.

Ross Lindsay

Having been born and bred in the Byabarra / Comboyne area, the Lindsay family is very well known in the Hastings Valley. My family moved to town when I was in my teens where my father entered into the Real Estate business and owned the firm Lindsay & Wyndam for many years. I purchased the business from my father in 1989 and commenced the Raine & Horne franchise. From small beginnings and with lots of hard work the office has grown and developed to its current site and size and rebranded to the Harcourts name, to be the largest Real Estate firm in town. My knowledge of the local area has been invaluable to me and my expertise in financial and investment areas is also a valuable asset in this industry. Wauchope is a great country town to grow up in and giving a bit back to the community is something I take seriously. I am past President of the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce, and likewise involved in the Apex Club of Wauchope and our office sponsors many local sporting clubs, school and community activities.

Shauna Gresham

Barry Thompson

Barry has lived in the Hastings Valley since 1980. With an extensive background in the farming and cattle industry. Barrys' wife Chris works at the Wauchope Post Office and have two daughters (Trudy and Becky) and enjoy the peaceful living on rural acreage at Beechwood. Family & farm take up most of Barrys' spare time, along with camping and fishing. Barrys' Real Estate career commenced in July 2001, specialising in Rural Sales, however he is now involved with all facets of the Real Estate Trade. A fully qualified Licensed Real Estate, Stock & Station, Business Agent and an accredited auctioneer. Barry also holds recognition as a NSW Justice of the Peace.

Carol Wright

Carol began working in Real Estate in 1997 as a receptionist. Her background work in legal offices for over 10 years assisted Carol greatly with Real Estate procedure, in as much as there is a close working relationship between the two industries. Being on the front desk Carol got to know many faces in the community, and she really enjoys the contact and communication aspect of the position. In her spare time Carol enjoys outdoorsy stuff, like bushwalking, cycling and rock climbing with her partner Garry, and three lively boys.

Jade Pollard

I have been involved in the Real Estate industry since 2006, starting out with a firm in Port Macquarie/Lake Cathie overseeing reception and sales administration whilst also completing my Real Estate Licensing Course. I grew up in Port Macquarie and moved to Wauchope in 2003. In my spare time I am either riding, training or judging show horses. I am looking forward in promoting the Harcourts brand as the Real Estate agency of choice when buying, selling or leasing your property within the Hastings area.

Keiron Rickwood

Prior to moving to Port Macquarie with his wife, Keiron had nearly 20 yrs experience listing and selling Real Estate in country N.S.W. Keiron has since commenced with Harcourts Port Macquarie and is a very enthusiastic agent wishing to make his mark in the areas of consistency, ethics and honesty with his clients. Apart from being a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer, Keiron also has a Diploma in Business Management, is a Justice of the Peace and currently Licensee in Charge at Harcourts in Port Macquarie. Keiron has a background as a Police officer prior to his start in Real Estate in 1990. Keiron had been a visitor to Port Macquarie for 15 years, and has now fulfilled a long standing dream to move to this wonderful paradise called Port Macquarie. After a 2 year break from real estate, I have returned to the industry that I am most passionate about. I am excited with the changes Harcourts have implemented, and have become a welcome addition to the dedicated sales team. I have previous experience in Property Management, managing a portfolio in excess of 140 but I am really looking forward in persuing my interest and passion for sales. With a strong background in customer service, I beleive that my positive attitude and approachable nature will make you feel comfortable and secure with handling your property needs and develop a business relationship that feels more like life long friends.
