Brent’s high standards and determination saw him quickly succeed and four years later aged just 22, bought his first office in Frankston, becoming Number One in marketshare within 12 months. Brent co-founded the MPRE group (as it was) in 2000 with offices in Frankston and Mt Eliza to building them up to 21 offices in the area. Brent is the dynamic driving force behind Harcourts’ expansion in Melbourne and Victoria.

Kari Marks

Born in America Kari moved to Australia 5 years ago and has been enjoying the lifestyle it has to offer ever since. Shortly after making the move she started working at Harcourts and has gained a wealth of knowledge learning sales, database management, marketing, and accounts. She now uses all of those skills as the office administrator of Harcourts Hastings and has made a great addition to the team.

Sharon Kupsch

Sharon joined the industry in 1998 in sales support, before joining the MPRE team in 2001 firstly as OA in the Aspendale office. Combining practical experience with her Cert IV Business (Estate Agency Practice) to become a Licensed Estate Agent, Sharon provides huge value to the team at Hastings. “I am really excited about our new team in Hastings and look forward to seeing a fresh and innovative approach to real estate in Hastings”.

Tim Ripper

Tim Ripper has been a part of the real estate industry since 2006. With recognised excellence, a hard work ethic and honesty makes Tim one of the leading agents in the area. Tim has extensive experience in customer service and he also took on a roll as an English teacher in Eastern Europe, which certainly demonstrates great patience and exceptional organisational skills. Born and bred on the Mornington Peninsula, Tim has a passion for great customer service, having been a valued team member at the exclusive Five Star Sea Temple Resort and Spa Resort Port Douglas. With a background in graphic design and multimedia, Tim later established a successful real estate photography business giving him an insight into how the industry worked and a strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate. Tim strives to ensure his clients receive a rewarding and personal real estate experience. His work with his clients is always honest, intelligent, open and driven to succeed in meeting the needs and goals of those he works with.
