Carmen Bailey

Carmen Bailey joins the Harcourts Launceston team as the Property Portfolio Supervisor. Carmen will be assisting the portfolio managers and their assistants in creating a highly competitive and successful property management department. This will involve implementing new systems and procedures to aid the effective and efficient running of this busy department. Carmen joins the team at Harcourts after many years of experience in the Property Management Industry in Launceston and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and an exceptionally high level of focus on customer service. Carmen looks forward to assisting current and new property investors and is constantly seeking ways to improve our level of customer service to our clients. Erica Nichols

Erica commenced working within the Real Estate industry in 2009 with great enthusiasm to start an exciting new career. Beginning in a leasing consultant role, she continued to develop her skills undertaking a broad range of administrative roles eventually moving into property management. Erica is excited to have joined Harcourts and has her goals set high and is passionate in providing the highest level of service for clients and customers. All current and future property investors can be assured she will look after their properties with upmost care and professionalism

Fiona Ricketts

Fiona is extremely knowledgeable with all facets of property management. Having been in the industry for the past 9 years, Fiona enjoys the challeges of her role as Business Development Manager. She is hard working and strives to succeed in every task in which she undertakes and is looking forward to assisting all clients with their property management requirements.

Jessica Little

Having attended and completing her schooling years at Cressy District High school, Jess has lived in the Northern Midlands Area now for 18 years. As a part of her year in grade ten Jess was to attend a weeks work experience at a workplace of her choice, She chose to come to Harcourts. From that week with Harcourts Jess was offered to come join the friendly team, on a 2 year traineeship in Certificate 3 in Property Services (Real Estate). Jess has received her Property Consultant and Assistant Property Management license, and in assisting in both of these roles her knowledge of the Real Estate industry grows each day. Knowing that she is employed with such an award winning team and such great people, Jess hopes that her future will be as successful as her work colleagues. Showing knowledge, along with fun and laughter within the office, Jess finds that it is a joy to work each day. In April 2009 Jess was awarded Administrator of Tasmania at the Harcourts State awards, from winning that award Jess was also selected as a nominee for the Harcourts National Awards, which she was successful in winning Harcourts National Administrator of the Year. Jess believes that working hard and striving for success really will pay off in the end.

Joan Carroll

Joan Carroll has joined the Harcourts Launceston team as an Assistant Property Portfolio Manager. Joining the real estate industry in 2007 as a property consultant and then moving into an administration role has given Joan the opportunity to learn all aspects of real estate transactions from property management, through to sales and contract preparation. Her attention to detail and ability to assist clients and customers prepares her well for the busy role in the Launceston Property Management Department. With many years work in the retail sector, Joan is highly committed to providing an exceptional level of customer service and looks forward to working within the team environment that Harcourts proudly supports.

Kylie Smart

<p><span style="font-family: Arial">Kylie first entered the real estate market 14 years ago when she purchased her first investment property. With her rental property running like a dream, she got the itch for a career change and applied for a job in property management. Over the years Kylie has continued with the philosophy to invest in bricks and mortar and has bought and sold property in a number of Launceston suburbs.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Arial">Over the years as a property manager, Kylie has continued her education and holds a Diploma of Property and a Real Estate Manager&#8217;s Licence. Her successful career, has lead to a string of awards for service and growth within the real estate sector. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: Arial">Kylie has further advanced her real estate career and joined the Harcourts Group as State Operations Manager &#8211; Property Management.&nbsp; Kylie now oversees the State Property Management team, her focus is on up skilling our already qualified staff to providing them with the ability and knowledge to deliver the best possible service to clients and tenants alike. Madeleine Chugg

Madeleine has joined the Property Management team as a junior assistant. Madeleine will be assisting the property management team with administrative tasks, supporting the department with processing of tenancy applications, and general clerical tasks. Having studied interior design at Launceston University she is excited to learn new skills and further develop her interest in property and home design from our wonderful Property management team, Madeleine also looks forward to meeting many new people and helping with their property needs.

Richard Picone

Richard Picone purchased his first investment property in the late 1980’s and has since bought, sold, renovated and managed a great deal more, giving him a true understanding of all facets of investment property management. His career since that time has included inventory management, hospitality, sales and establishing his own property development and maintenance company on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria in 2000. This diverse working history and the valuable knowledge, skills and abilities gained, along the way, all go to serving him well as a property portfolio manager at Harcourts Launceston. He is committed to exceed client service expectations and to provide enthusiastic, honest and dependable style of property management.

Sonia Baker

After 17 years in Melbourne working in varied banking and administrative roles for large corporations, Sonia has returned to Launceston to raise her children in a more relaxed lifestyle. Her most recent roles have been in office management and Sonia is delighted to be able to utilise this experience in her role within the property management team at Harcourts Launceston.

Tiffany Heeson

Growing up in country Western Australia with strong connections to the land then moving onto Victoria for a few years and now finally settling in Tasmania with her family has given Tiffany a wide range of experiences and connections across Australia. Kate Littlejohn

In my role as Business Operations Manager for Harcourts I will be assisting Tony with the growth of the Harcourts brand throughout the state. This will involve providing assistance with setting up new offices, branding requirements, technology, staffing, implementing systems and procedures and anything else that a new office joining the ever expanding Harcourts Group in Tasmania will need. This role allows me to deal directly with the people that will help to grow the Harcourts Group to be the number one real estate company in the state – which I am very excited about! I enjoy the fact that I have a mix of administration based responsibilities in this role along with actually getting to meet the people and physically assisting with the day to day operations of a business.

Megan Powell

Megan joined the Harcourts Launceston team in 2005 working in all departments including administration, property management and sales. Now the Business Unit Co-coordinator, Megan supports the corporate team in managing the Harcourts brand throughout Tasmania. Her ability to adapt to an ever changing environment has enabled her to continue up skilling and take on new challenges the day to day role presents. With a strong focus on team involvement, Megan assists in the planning, and organisation of statewide annual awards functions in addition to ongoing Launceston events. Her experience from working in all departments has given her a unique insight into the overall company structure and the flexibility to provide administrative support across the board. Her unwavering dedication to supplying fabulous customer experiences means she is always seeking ways for the company to go above and beyond the expectations within the real estate market. Coordinating the weekly advertising packages and managing the content and distribution of the Harcourts Blue Books ensures Megan is constantly updating her knowledge of what properties are on the market and what services the company is offering our vendors and buyers. Megan’s firm belief in never compromising ethics and morals makes her an invaluable addition to the Harcourts Launceston team. Rebecca Little

Rebecca joined the Harcourts Launceston Team in 2008, working in the administration department and became the Office Manager in 2010. She gained her first insight into real estate in 2004 when she commenced work experience with Harcourts whilst a student. Rebecca then went on to achieve Certificate 2 in Business with her main focus being administration and customer service. Since joining the Harcourts crew, Rebecca has continued her passion for further skills and development and is now a registered Property Consultant and Assistant Property Manager. These additional qualifications give Rebecca the unique opportunity to have a thorough understanding of not only her administrative duties, but also the roles undertaken within the sales and property management departments. As one of the “faces” of Harcourts reception area, Rebecca is often the main point of contact for clients and customers alike. Her unwavering attention to detail with the aim of offering excellent customer service ensures she is a valued and respected member of the Harcourts Group.

Sharon Stewart

Sharon moved back to Tasmania after spending 10 years on the mainland working and travelling. She moved here with her husband and two children and loves the Tasmanian lifestyle. Sharon joins the Harcourts Launceston team as the Accounts Administrator and having 8 years experience in all aspects of accounts and payroll she brings valuable experience and knowledge. Sharon prides herself on attention to detail and having excellent time management which is essential in this role for efficient and smooth running. Sharon enjoys working for a company with the vision that Harcourts has, One Team – One Vision !!!!

Tony Morrison

Tony Morrison entered the Real Estate Industry in 1988 and over the last 23 years has achieved almost everything that could be achieved within the Real Estate Industry. Throughout the 90’s Tony won the Tasmania Multi List Sales Person of the Year 8 years in a row from 1991 to 1998, as well as being the Professionals Top Sales Person from 1990 – 1999. In 2001 Tony, together with Scott Morrison and Kirsty Dunphey, set up M&M Real Estate and within 3 years the company was honored by BRW in their Annual Top 100 List of fastest growing companies in Australia. In 2003 Harcourts approved Tony to re brand and grow the franchise group throughout Tasmania. In the role of CEO for Harcourts, Tony has taken the group to 24 offices throughout the state, by far the biggest franchise group in Tasmania as well as facilitating the setting up of Harcourts Rural Tasmania and NAI Harcourts Commercial. Today Tony remains an owner of the Launceston and Longford Harcourts offices and is still involved in listing and selling houses for clients he first met 23 years ago, as well as running the biggest Real Estate Group in Tasmania.

Ashlie Lawes

Ashlie entered the Administration Team at Harcourts having had previous experience in an administration role in the healthcare industry. Ashlie is excited by the prospect of gaining an insight into the real estate industry at the same time as continuing to develop her administration skills. As first point of contact Ashlie loves providing exceptional service to our clients and aims to make your dealings with Harcourts as friendly and stress free as possible.

Elizabeth Kerr

Liz joins the Harcourts Launceston Administration Team after recently completing year 11 at Launceston College. Liz has always had an interest in the real estate industry and is very excited to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the Harcourts Launceston Team and furthering her skills in the administration department.

Emily Nankivell
